Thank you for fairly nice stay, having setting very near downtown. The apartment has a particularly good and great location, near to Victoria as well as the attractions. The staff are really helpful and amicable. Spacious bedroom and free Wi-Fi - all you need.

the room was huge, we were provided with a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. it had a private bathroom.

came in london to explore new places, this apartment was great base for making it happen. everything was simply good. met the host, who gave us good tips.

The hosts were great and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Convenient location near Victoria station. Courtyard garden and BBQ area. Easy to adjust room temperature. Nearby supermarkets for cooking meals. Early check-in option. Two showers and spare bed linen available.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful vintage furniture and cozy decor. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and inviting, with soft seating areas where I could relax and read a book. As a senior person, I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with wide hallways and elevators that made it easy for me to navigate and move around with my walking stick.

I would have asked for better lighting throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways and in the rooms. Sometimes it was difficult to see clearly, especially during the evenings.

There were a few drawbacks to the apartment. The beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise whenever you moved.

The nearest airport was so conveniently far away. St James's Park was only 2.2 km away, which meant I had to walk all the way there. The property was located in a residential area, so no noisy city life for me!

How disappointing that there were no noisy tourists to disturb my peace and quiet.
